Latin American Latin American cuisine represents a wide variety of flavors and ingredients indigenous to the region of Latin America. The food is delicious. Its deep flavors and variable spices reflect its people’s zest for celebration. Many restaurants in Atlanta now specialize in tapas, “small bites” of eclectic and tasty ingredients which in the end provide a hearty and wholesome meal of various meats, seafood, vegetables, breads and cheeses. Although tapas are technically a Spanish item, their ingredients and flavors cross easily with the Latin American genre.
